West Willow is a working farm and private garden in West Mountain, Utah, near Payson. The gathering area includes a timber pergola, a long handmade picnic table, garden beds, string lights, peaceful rural surroundings, and on-property guest parking. It works beautifully for dinners, bridal and baby showers, birthdays, workshops, wedding dinners, family celebrations, and other private events.
Every evening includes the pergola, picnic table, garden surroundings, and string lights. Tables, chairs, and an event tent can be added. Standard packages are designed for up to 30 guests, with larger gatherings considered by custom arrangement.
Our standard garden setup is designed for groups of up to 30 guests. Need room for more? Larger tented gatherings of up to approximately 100 guests may be possible with advance planning and a custom arrangement.

Permanent guest restrooms are not available at the farm. Portable restroom rental is strongly encouraged for gatherings lasting longer than two hours and can be arranged as part of your event plan.

West Willow Farm offers an intimate alternative to a traditional event hall. Our rural West Mountain location feels peaceful and removed while remaining approximately 10 minutes from the freeway and convenient to Payson. On-property guest parking is available.
